We at SOHOLogics work very hard to ensure your email is free of all messages containing viruses, spam, and fraud attempts. Some times though, you may receive a message that is mistagged. Either it should have been marked as spam or maybe it was a good message that you would not want tagged in the future.
We have setup an email address you can forward such messages to so that our mail scanning software can adjust its rules to ensure your email gets tagged if needed.
Lets Get Started
To send our server a mistagged message for processing, start by opening MS Outlook 2000/XP/2003. Once it is open, locate your spam folder. As you can see, mine is labeled Junk Email.
Now create a new message by clicking on the New toolbar button at the top left of MS Outlook.
In the new message window, do the following:
Now we need to attach the messages to the email. Click on Insert > Item to include your mistagged message(s) as an attachment. The Insert Items window will appear.
On the Insert Item window, select your Junk Email folder or whichever folder contains the mistagged email. As you can see, I have selected my Junk Email folder.
Locate your message in the Items window and click on it. You can also hold the [Ctrl] key down to select multiple messages individually.
When finished, press Ok.
