Go to Edit and then to Mail and Newsgroups Account Settings..

Click Add Account on the dialog box that appears.

Select the Email Account radio button and click on the Account Wizard dialog box. Select Next when ready to continue.

Enter Your Name (ex. Bill Cyrus).

Enter your Email Address: username@domain.com (ex. billcyrus@cyrusproducts.com)

Click Next when finished to move to the next screen.

Select the POP radio button.

Enter your Incoming Server as: mail.sohologics.com

When ready, select the Next button to move to the next screen.

Enter your User Name such as: username (ex. billcyrus)

When ready, select the Next button to move to the next screen.

Enter a name for your account. This can be any name you would like.

When ready, select the Next button to move to the next screen.

Verify your information in the final screen.

Use the back button if a value was entered wrong.

When ready, select the Finish button to move to the next screen.

Click on Outgoing Server (SMTP) option in the left pane.

Ensure that mail.sohologics.com is entered in the Server Name text box.

Check the Use name and password checkbox.

Enter username@sohologics.com in the User Name box (ex. billcyrus@sohologics.com). This must be entered as username@sohologics.com for SMTP services to function properly. This is due to our server using SMTP Authenticaton.

Check the When Available radio button to allow the use of SSL encrypted SMTP sessions.

When finished, select the OK button to finish setting up your email account.
